Payment

Payment in full is required for all orders. We accept all major debit and credit cards on line.

Availability

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 days. Should an item be out of stock you will be advised when you can expect your delivery. In the unlikely event that we have discontinued lines you will be offered an alternative or a full refund.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

We do appreciate that there are times when customers are not completely happy with their order. In such a case please call us and we will endeavour to resolve the issue. You can return unused items within 7 days for a full refund or an exchange. We will only refund/exchange postage costs if the item returned is faulty. We are unable to exchange personalised items.
